2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Site, submitting a School Service Request Form or engaging Jisazi, you confirm that you:
- Have read and understood these Terms.
- Have the legal capacity or valid organisational authority to bind the school or institution you represent.
- Agree to comply with all applicable Kenyan laws when using the Site.
3. Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purposes.
- Submit inaccurate, false or misleading information.
- Introduce malware, harmful code or attempt to interfere with system security.
- Copy, reproduce, modify or distribute Site content without written consent.
We may suspend or restrict access where misuse, breach, security risk or legal obligation requires it.
4. School Service Request Form
When a school submits the Form, the following terms apply:
a. Accuracy of Information
Schools must ensure that all submitted details (contact data, representative details, service requirements) are accurate and authorised.
b. Purpose of Submission
Submitting the Form initiates a service request or inquiry. It does not constitute:
- An automatic contract,
- A confirmed order, or
- A guarantee that service will be provided.
A binding agreement will only arise when the school and Jisazi agree to written terms, pricing, and commencement conditions.
c. Follow-up Communication
By submitting the Form, the school consents to receive communication from Jisazi for:
- Clarification, verification or eligibility checks,
- Provision of quotations,
- Scheduling of site assessments or onboarding,
- Contracting and activation procedures.
All communication will follow Kenyan data protection laws.
5. Provision of Services
If a school chooses to proceed after initial assessment:
- Jisazi may provide a formal proposal, quotation or agreement.
- Service activation will only occur after acceptance of written terms and fulfilment of any prerequisites (e.g., technical checks, payment milestones).
- Jisazi may decline a request if the service is unavailable, technically infeasible or incompatible with operational policies.
Jisazi retains the right to modify, suspend or discontinue services where required by technical, regulatory or security conditions.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Site is owned by Jisazi or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, republish or use the content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Jisazi processes personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 2019 and our Privacy Policy.
By using the Site or submitting the Form, you acknowledge that your data will be processed for purposes including inquiry handling, customer relationship management and service enablement.

8. Third-Party Tools and Services

a. Website and Content
The Site and its content are provided "as is". Jisazi makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but does not guarantee that:

- The Site will operate uninterrupted,
- Submitted data will always be delivered successfully.
b. No Professional or Contractual Advice
Information on the Site does not constitute legal, financial or contractual advice. Decisions should be based on direct consultation with Jisazi representatives.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Kenyan law, Jisazi is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental or consequential damages,

- Errors caused by inaccurate submissions, internet failures or third-party systems,
- Any loss arising from misuse of the Site or unauthorised access.
Our liability for any claim related to these Terms is limited to the amount directly paid by the school to Jisazi for the specific service in question.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where Kenyan law prohibits such exclusion.
11. User Obligations
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate, authorised and lawful information.
- Use the Site responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Notify Jisazi immediately if they suspect any unauthorised use of their data or submissions.
- Obtain internal approval within their institution before making a service request.
12. Termination
We may terminate or restrict access to the Site or our communication channels if:
- A user breaches these Terms,
- Fraud or abuse is detected,
- A security or legal issue arises.
Termination does not affect obligations or rights already accrued.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. Where unresolved, disputes may be referred to:
- Mediation or arbitration, or
- The courts of Kenya, which have exclusive jurisdiction.
